Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of MadeIt — the madeit.jobs website, web app, and iOS app — operated by Aozora Media LTD, 124–128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By creating an account or using MadeIt you agree to these terms. For the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

What MadeIt is

MadeIt is a job-search tool. It aggregates remote job listings from employers' public career pages, helps you evaluate how well your resume fits a role, and generates application materials — tailored resumes, cover letters, and answers — based on the experience you provide. Applications always happen on the employer's own site; MadeIt is not a recruiter, employment agency, or party to any application or employment relationship, and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Free and Premium

Browsing listings is free. MadeIt Premium unlocks employer names, direct application links, and the AI resume and application tools. Premium is available as an auto-renewing weekly or monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

• In the iOS app, purchases are billed to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
• On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the in-app billing settings, and take effect per the checkout terms shown at purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse MadeIt: no scraping or bulk extraction of listings, no reselling of the service or its data, no submitting false information in generated documents, no attempting to breach security or access other users' data, and no unlawful use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Resume analysis and generated documents are produced with AI based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy before using them — MadeIt prompts you to add real figures rather than inventing them, and you must not submit materials containing false claims.

Job listings and third-party content

Listings are aggregated from third-party sources and may change or expire without notice. We work to keep them fresh and accurate but do not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or availability of any listing, and we are not responsible for employers' hiring decisions, application sites, or conduct.

Liability

MadeIt is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aozora Media LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost earnings or opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on listings or generated content. Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and termination

We may update features, pricing for new purchases, and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice, and you may stop using it at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
